The main focus at the Watson Rooms is to support and motivate change in people who want to behave or think differently. This may be to achieve goals in personal or professional life, it may also be to improve physical activity, change eating habits, reduce anxiety or manage an aspect of illness such as pain. There are lots of ways the Watson Rooms can support individuals.
While talking therapies plays a crucial part of the change process, this is often used in combination with hypnosis.
